An HR generalist (Human Resources) works with different personnel issues. The work can include supporting and developing managers who have personnel responsibilities.
The position also means daily work with skills development, rehabilitation, work rights, union discussions and other personnel related activities such as supporting and developing Euromaint Rail’s businesses and competitiveness on the market.
To work as an HR generalist you must have a university education or equivalent training within the area.
