EuroMaint Industry is being commissioned to develop maintenance operations at the truck factory of material handling company Atlet in Mölnlycke near Göteborg.
The factory in Mölnlycke produces around 7,500 trucks per year and efforts are currently being made to streamline the production process, while also expanding it. EuroMaint Industry is being commissioned to develop a maintenance platform to support Atlet as it further develops the factory.
"Our ongoing efficiency work means changes to the production concept, an increased degree of automation, and introduction of the Atlet Operating System – changes with brand new demands in terms of production equipment maintenance. We chose EuroMaint Industry as a partner because of its extensive experience of developing maintenance platforms for the manufacturing industry," says Martin Björkroth, Manager Atlet Products.
EuroMaint Industry's assignment to develop a maintenance platform includes the entire chain from producing an inventory of existing production equipment to developing maintenance plans and a new maintenance organisation.
